Wonderful
I recently stayed at the Shepley Hotel in Miami Beach. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself is charming. The room was clean, cozy. Its location is also fantastic—just steps away from the beach and close to all the best restaurants and shops. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and eager to help, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend Shepley Hotel for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience in Miami Beach.

What was the highlight of Shepley South Beach Hotel
Very good, would return in future.
The location of the hotel is excellent, as is the service from the staff. They were very helpful and welcoming from beginning to end. A very enjoyable stay.
As the hotel is dated there were a couple of minor maintenance issues that needed to be resolved, but nothing major. For example, there was a small leak in the bathroom. One element that was strange was the need to sign a waiver which meant the hotel was not liable for any theft.

In general the hotel is acceptable.
Helpful and friendly staff. Beach chair and towels available free of charge for the beach.
Only very few places to sit during breakfast. Room a bit dump, air is not too fresh. Contsruction works were noisy near by.
